Accreditation is required for all meetings and conferences held in Ireland during the Irish Presidency.
An application for accreditation can be made at any time by registering online. It is important to note that while this general media accreditation is valid for the entire 6 month period, media representatives wishing to attend events must still confirm their participation for each individual meeting. This individual meeting accreditation will happen via email a few days before each event and will only be sent if you have applied for general accreditation.
Media representatives can be accredited for single events or for the entire 6 month period, but must still confirm their participation at each individual meeting. An application for accreditation can be made at any time by registering online.
If you have already registered for accreditation for events relating to Ireland’s OSCE Chairmanship, your accreditation will roll over for the EU Presidency, and your personal data will be retained for this purpose. You will still need to confirm your participation in individual EU Presidency meetings, but if you registered to attend the OSCE Ministerial Meeting you may use the same login details when confirming your participation in EU Presidency meetings.
Accredited media representatives can collect their badges in the Media Centre at Werburgh Street, Dublin Castle the day before the meeting or on the day itself. You will need a valid identification card and a copy of the email confirming your accreditation for the relevant meeting.
When registering for individual meetings, media representatives will be asked to register for photo pools, to indicate whether they are bringing heavy equipment or satellite equipment, and to signal any mobility requirements.
